The Reebok SL8.0 Cross Trainer is fully equipped to help build both cardio and muscular endurance, hitting both your upper and lower body without impacting the knees or ankles. Featuring a solid 9 kg front-driven flywheel with a robust rear roller mechanism, the console offers 24 resistance levels and 12 pre-set workouts plus four user-defined, three target and watt control functions for endless training options. The SubLite Elliptical is ideal for steady-state and interval training with the functionality for high-resistance workouts at your disposal.

Compatible with Kinomap, the SL8.0 helps to push your home workouts even further. With a whole host of challenges and scenic motion videos at your disposal, the Kinomap app helps you tailor and track your workouts from your phone, or even compete with your friends in multiplayer mode.

Featuring a unique 6 window LED console + profile chart, the SL8.0 Cross Trainer offers detailed performance feedback with speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, watts and RPM metrics for more informed workouts. Also featuring integrated hand pulse sensors, the SL8.0 delivers heart rate data for more trackable and safer training. Fitted with a powerful fan to keep you cool through tough workouts, the console also houses 3W speakers with auxiliary input; powering your sessions with your favourite playlists. Complete with an elasticated phone/tablet holder atop the console, the SL8.0 delivers the optimum viewing angle to keep you entertained whilst you train.

With integrated heavy-duty transport wheels plus four points of floor level adjustment, the sleek SL8.0 is easily moveable and adjusted for a better training experience. Featuring both dual-action and fixed handlebars, the elliptical allows you to activate your upper body or focus in on your quads, hamstrings and glutes for a more leg heavy session. With its extended stride length of 45.6cm and densely cushioned footplates, the SL8.0 offers a comfortable and extended motion that's ideal for any user.
