Shipping rates and delivery estimates

  • All of our products are delivered free of charge. 
  • Estimated delivery times vary on a product by product basis.
  • Additional day(s) transit may be required for remote areas.
  • Public and Regional holidays may affect delivery lead times.
  • Delivery times may vary in the event of adverse weather conditions or other systemic economic factors. 

Delivery Locations

  • Please note that we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Post Office boxes and BFPO.
  • Further postcode delivery restrictions may apply to certain items. We, therefore, reserve the right to cancel an order if there are certain restrictions within a specific area. 

Delivery Address Changes

  • We cannot change the delivery address if this is your first purchase or if your purchase was made via PayPal. 
  • If the product has been marked as shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. 
  • We may be able to change the delivery address prior to the item being shipped; however, this cannot be guaranteed. 
  • If you provided us with the incorrect delivery address; you, the customer, are liable for any failed delivery. 

Damaged or Lost

In the rare event that any products arrive damaged, we will require pictures of the damaged items and a return, replacement or refund will be issued after we have conducted our own internal investigations. Although a decision is generally made within 48 hours, please allow up to 10 business days for more complex cases. 

In the rare event that products become lost in the postal system, we will be required to investigate the case with the carrier. Our carriers will provide us with all corroborating evidence, all of which can be provided to yourself, to help determine what has happened to the parcel. At our discretion; a return, replacement or refund will be issued after investigations are complete. Although a decision is generally made within 48 hours, please allow up to 10 business days for more complex cases.
